About UK CropNet training events
UK CropNet contains a wide range of plant genome databases from a variety of plant species. In particular, we hold many crop plant databases and databases of model organisms such as Arabidopsis thaliana. All of these databases are free to the public and can be accessed using this web site. In addition, UK CropNet has developed many software tools for researchers studying plant genomics. We would like to invite you to acquire some supervised tuition on the use of these tools in your own research.

Training sessions consist of mini-lectures and hands-on personal tuition by skilled UK CropNet staff. These events take place as an informal workshop at each of our development sites (click here for more details).

Potential and existing users of these international resources at beginner or advanced levels are all welcome. In particular we would like to hear from anyone who has any ideas or specific material that they would like help or advice with. Hopefully, it will be possible to spend part of the training session working on such problems.

Contact us if you have any further questions.
