AceBrowser Enhancements - Recombinant viewer
A viewer for genetic recombination data.

Example: BrassicaDB Map O1_NxG-97_2000

This display uses the Recombinant Viewer Java applet, developed by Matt Couchman, to display the recombination data and highlight the potential errors / double recombinants in the data.

Configuration

The display is in two parts:

  • The AceBrowser display: RView
  • The Recombinant Viewer applet (as a jar): jade.jar

The AceBrowser display queries the database to obtain a table of the recombination data (map.data), converts this into a file for the Recombinant Viewer and then generates the HTML page displayed by your browser.
