Pairwise Comparative Map is written in the componentary style of a bioWidget which is essentially a Java Bean. It is therefore very easy for a programmer to implement it in his or her own programs. The pages within this section describe the format of the data file, how you would go about using the PCM component and a little about the internal data structure.
