A great deal of specification-design input was made by Sean Walsh of the Nottingham Arabidopsis Stock Centre.
The Pairwise Comparative Map project was carried out as part of the UK Crop Plant Bioinformatics Network software development program. The UK Crop Net is funded by the BBSRC.
Borland JBuilder was used to write PCM and Microsoft Front Page '98 was used to create PCM's web site.
The JGL set of data structures and algorithms from ObjectSpace are employed within PCM.
