This is a rather inelegant interface to CPG Map,(I've been having problems with Borland JBuilder!) and not all the functions are implemented such as the colour customisation methods.

To load a file, pick one from the first choice box. |

To change the sizes of any of the graphics components pick one from the second box and type an integer in to the adjacent text box. |

To change the length of the sausages, click the Magnify button. Adjust the slide bars and click OK. |

To zoom in on the map, click the Zoom button and enter a number between -50 and 200. Note don't zoom in too far or the virtual machine will quickly run out of memory! |

The name of the currently highlighted locus is given at the bottom of the applet. |
