AceBrowser Enhancements - PCM Display
This display uses a Java applet to get round some of the problems inherent in the ACEDB multimap display, it also provides an alternative display for normal maps.

For example: BrassicaDB multimap

The display is in two parts:

1. The Java applet as a jar: PCM_1.1.jar
2. The AceBrowser display which generates the required data files: PCM

I think the code is relativly self-explanatory. However there are a couple of configurables in the AceBrowser display that may need changing.

my $map_table_query = 'table -n map.point ';
my $homol_table_query = 'table -n probe.map.pos ';

These two variables define how to get the table of map positions and homologies. The tables are described in some detail in the GFace User's Guide (map.point & probe.map.pos).

It may also be necessary to change the APPLET tag for your site.
